Products can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in new condition and with original packaging. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, except in the instances outlined below. 

Damaged products, such as defects in material or workmanship, should be reported to our Inscape Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt. Any damage to the box should be photographed and reported to our customer service team in the event there is damage to the product within.

All requests to return product must be made in writing to Inscape Customer Service team and must include original order number(s), photos of any damage, product description and the reason for the return request. No returned product will be accepted by Inscape without written consent or approval.

All refunds are transferred to the customer in the original form of payment, usually within 5-10 business days of our receipt of the returned product.

When product is returned due to a valid warranty claim, shipping and cost of replacement will be covered by Inscape. In instances outside of a valid warranty claim, the customer will be responsible for costs related to shipping and handling.
