Orders ship via courier directly from our factory in Holland Landing, Ontario, Canada. When your package is en route, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Orders received over the weekend are processed the next business day.
Our products ship in 7 to 14 business days; however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping can be delayed further.

For a residential delivery, a notice of delivery will be left advising where the shipment is being held for pickup. Your shipment will be held at our shipping location for a maximum of 5 business days. Some exceptions may apply.
For alternate arrangements, please contact the courier company directly.
Once your order ships we will send a confirmation email that will include the tracking info so that you can follow your order shipment.
Our packaging is designed to be manageable by 2 people and ships securely flat-packed in 2 separate boxes.

Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new condition with original packaging. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Our full return policy can be found here.
